Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Provide accurate information, and enter another person's birth details only when you may appropriately do so, for example for your child or with the person's consent.

You may not disrupt or probe the Service, access it through automated or bulk means, resell or republish generated reports as a commercial product, or use the Service to harass or harm anyone. Reports are yours to keep for personal use; the Service itself, its design, and its methods remain ours.

Purchases and delivery

Paid reports are unlocked with a gift code or, where available, through our payment partners. One code or payment entitles you to one report. Your report is generated on demand and delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, normally within minutes. The address is used once for delivery and not stored (see the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

Refund policy

Each report is personalised digital content, generated and delivered immediately at your request. Under EU and equivalent consumer rules, the statutory right of withdrawal therefore ends once delivery is complete.

We offer something simpler instead: a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your report, write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. No lengthy justification required.

When you request a refund, we keep the transaction record and the email address you contacted us from solely to prevent abuse of this guarantee (legitimate interests, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We use it for nothing else.

Repeated or abusive refund claims may lead us to decline a refund and to refuse future purchases.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Changes; governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, with the date above. Material changes apply from posting and do not affect reports already delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of our country of registration (shown at the bottom of this page), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Privacy

How we handle your birth data, email address, and transaction records is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your data is used to generate the reading you asked for, then discarded.
