Privacy & Data Usage

Any data you trust us with (email, date, time and place of birth) is processed only to generate the reading you requested, and is discarded immediately after the result is delivered. We never build a profile and never keep your birth details.

There is also a layer of anonymity built into the service itself: we never know who places an order, or whether the reading is for you, a spouse, a relative, a friend, or your child. Birth details arrive without a name attached, and the report leaves the same way: we never know whether the person it reaches ordered it themselves or received it as a gift.

For the paid services, the email address you provide is used once to deliver your report, then dropped. We don't add you to any list or database. If you choose to receive another service, we'll have to ask for all this information again.

One nuance, for full transparency: our email delivery provider keeps its delivery logs for up to 30 days before automatic deletion. This happens under our data-processing agreement with the provider, to confirm delivery and diagnose failures (legitimate interests, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Neither we nor they use it for anything else, and the content itself is not tied to any named person.

If and when payments are enabled, we log only anonymized transaction records (date and time of purchase, service, amount, currency) for accounting and fraud prevention. Never your birth data, name, or email beyond what a payment provider needs for the charge itself.

If you contact us with a refund request, we will keep the transaction record and the email address you contact us from on file solely to prevent abuse. We don't use it for anything else. The guarantee itself, and the rest of the service rules, are set out in our Terms of Service.

Any site analytics we run are cookieless and aggregate (page views only). No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no consent banner needed.

Forecasts are based on precise astronomical calculations; descriptions are written by AI drawing on established astrological practices. Content is intended for entertainment purposes and emotional support.
